Emotions...❤️ A poem!

Emotions, are so engraved in our brains,  Who doesn’t feel them, would be insane.  Happy, sad, anger, shock; Surprise, fear, disgust and more.  Emotions help to navigate the world, For the smallest tod, or the smartest girl.  Happy! when you’re feeling joy. Surprise! when daddy gets your favourite toy.  Anger! when your face turns red. Shock! when you make pies out of bread.  Fear! when you think you’re seeing a ghost.  Disgust! when the party has an untidy host.  Sad! how we wish it wasn’t real. But in this world, one has to deal. These emotions, they change our faces. From giant smiles, to small grimaces. These feelings, it’s better to show than hide, Coz each one feels, what you feel inside. It’s nice to express, instead of guessing things around.  With all of these fervours, you will soon be found.

Chapter 2 “Morning!” Hail said, waving her hand over Iris’ head.  “Uh!” Iris yelled waking up from her slumber. Israel’s hair looked like a storm had just blown in. “That’s because a real storm actually blew in” Hail sniggered. Their clothes were all wet because of the storm. Sugar coated donuts, whipped pancakes, delicious frosted cup…” Israel was interrupted. “Butter toast” Hail informed. Israel wrinkled her nose. “What’s wrong?” asked Hail. “Apparently my sweet sister does not like butter toast.” Iris told Hail. “It’s the sea, girl. Not many things are available. You get what you ...

Happy reading. 😀 Israel and Iris found the world Chapter 1 Israel (pronounced Is-rel) Hallow was born in 1900, America, with her identical twin sister, Iris. Ever since they were born, both of them had a love for science… even before they could speak! The ‘I’ twins (that’s what many people called them) were entered into the Science and curiosity school, which was an orphanage before it turned into a school. Soon time passed and they both were about 14. Iris and Israel just couldn’t fathom. Was the earth really a cube? And even if it was, why was the globe a sphere? These were some questions their parents just couldn’t answer. “Israel, Iris! You two can’t possibly be telling me you wanna be scientists”, said Mrs. Hallow. “What if we do?” snapped Iris. “You two must become mothers and wives. You will be with a rich man” said Mrs. Hallow in pride. “You did that becau...
