GANGSTA GRANNY by David Williams About the book: This book is about a young eleven-year-old boy named Ben. He has to stay at has granny's house every Friday, whereas his parents go to watch their favorite show live called Strictly Stars Dancing. He finds his grandma boring. "All she does is make cabbage soup and play scrabble!" he groans. But soon he finds a tin full of gems. He gets curious and starts investigating how, why, what, where, and when did she get all the jewels. As he digs deeper, he finds that his granny is a gangsta! She was a world-class thief. However, she couldn't fulfill her wish, stealing the Crown Jewels of London. Ben is flabbergasted. He thinks about it, and then he tells her, "You know what granny? Let's steal the crown jewels of London". There is a whole handful of twists, turns, and comedy in this book. My favorite character: Honestly, I loved all the characters, so it is really hard to decide. All of them have really different...
